Our Market has been adjusting since about mid-Spring to become a more balanced market that’s currently weighted on the Buyer’s side. Why? Tons of properties out there to buy, but all the buyers have gone… on vacation? After two and a half years of that unbelievable pandemic market – one that saw such a glut of buyers and not nearly enough homes to satisfy the need – this turn of the tide has feel sudden & drastic to many of us. But what does one do after almost 3 years of non-stop GOGOGO in real estate? Take a deep breath and finally be a bit more ZEN! And also… maybe take advantage of the market pace, and go shopping for a home in this calm serenity before things go ballistic again!
