Agents might not want me to say it – but I’m saying it! You see a Home on Realtor.ca, you NEED to go check it out, so you pick up the phone…and call the Listing Agent? 🙅♂️ Let me tell you why that is NOT the best move! Sure, it’s allowed for us agents to work on both sides here in Ontario, but as a Buyer, wouldn’t it be better to have someone working specifically on YOUR side alone? If you’re serious about the home and want to buy it, there is potential for you getting a sales pitch, missing flaws, or losing out on savings without your own agent. Get yourself one of us, a Buffer, and make the whole process work in your favour.
