Oh how the t̶i̶m̶e̶s̶ 𝘔𝘖𝘕𝘛𝘏𝘚 have changed!
🗓️The Year 2022 was the weirdest kind of rollercoaster. We started off hot in the #Niagara real estate market, and then came to what felt like a screeching halt, some of us dangling upside-down as we’d been buckled into our 2020-2021 seats!
And now that we’re at year end, we can sit back in our bewilderment, shake our heads and make some sense of it – or at least throw out an idiom!
2022: In like a 🦁, out like a 🐑.
2023: Beware of the 🐑🐑🐑🐑.
